NFFC Giveaway Rules

Eligibility: This contest is open to individuals at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of National Fire Fighter Corp. are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period: The contest begins on January 1, 2025, and ends on January 7, 2026, with a total of 12 individual contests. Each contest period starts on the first day of each month and ends on the last day of the same month. Drawings for each contest will take place on the first Wednesday of the following month.

How to Enter: To enter the NFFC Giveaway, individuals must sign up for the National Fire Fighter Corp. newsletter between the first and last day of any month. Each valid sign-up during this time automatically qualifies for that month’s giveaway. 

Prize: The winner of the monthly giveaway will receive a $500 credit to their National Fire Fighter Corp. customer account, awarded on the first Wednesday of the following month. The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not already have a customer account, one will be created, and the credit will be applied. The $500 credit must be used within 12 months from the date it is applied to the winner’s account. After this period, any remaining balance will expire.

Claiming the Prize: The winner will be notified via email and will have access to the $500 credit on their National Fire Fighter Corp. customer account starting on the first Wednesday of the following month.

Privacy Statement: By entering, participants agree to receive communications from National Fire Fighter Corp. regarding the giveaway and future promotional materials. Participants can opt out of newsletters at any time.

General Conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• National Fire Fighter Corp. reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• National Fire Fighter Corp. reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent at its sole discretion.
• By entering, participants agree to comply with these official rules and the decisions of National Fire Fighter Corp., which are final and binding.
• In the event of technical issues or any circumstances beyond our control, National Fire Fighter Corp. reserves the right to disqualify entries or delay the drawing.

Limitations of Liability: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless National Fire Fighter Corp., its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from the participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. National Fire Fighter Corp. is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to email failures, lost or misdirected entries, or any other issue beyond the company's control that may affect the contest.
